The XL Flag Football Developmental program is designed for boys & girls ages 7-11 years.

Players will work on developing specific skills including but not limited to, Route running, QB Mechanics, Defensive Back Footwork, LB Mechanics, defensive flag pulling mechanics etc. The Wide Receiver Development class series will work on all finer points and skill sets related to wide receiver position specific growth & IQ.

The XL Flag Football Starters Program is an instructional program designed for boys & girls aged 5-7 years old.
​
Players will work on developing technical skills such as passing, catching, flag pulling & communication. Fun games and scrimmages are used to incorporate the skills learned in every class. This development program is ideal for children looking to build a foundation in Flag Football.
