WEEK 1: Team Practices/Scrimmages
WEEKS 2-7: Preseason & Regular Season Games
WEEKS 8-9: Playoffs & Consolation Matches
Weekly Optional Practices Coordinated According to Coach Assignment & Field Availability
All Registrations Include an NFL Jersey, NFL Belts, and NFL Flags

XL FLAG FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENTAL CLASSES
The XL Flag Football Developmental program is designed for boys & girls ages 7-15 years.
Players will work on developing specific skills including but not limited to, Route running, QB Mechanics, Defensive Back Footwork, LB Mechanics, Kicking/Punting Mechanics etc.

XL FLAG FOOTBALL STARTERS CLASS
The XL Flag Football Starters Program is an instructional program designed for boys & girls aged 5-7 years old. 5-year-old players not quite ready for game play can try out our Mini Flag (4-5) Program under the Mini Sports Academy tab!
Players will work on developing technical skills such as passing, catching, flag pulling & communication. Fun games and scrimmages are used to incorporate the skills learned in every class. This development program is ideal for children looking to build a foundation in Flag Football.
